About the product
This is a wonderful story of hard work, learning, and time participation, when I have been selected to belong, work and be educated by three world-class multinational customer-oriented organizations in Central and South America - PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Millicom International Cellular- where I have been very fortunate to be exposed and adminístrate the processes that enabled them to outperform their competitors through their leadership and ongoing customer-oriented performance strategies.
It is here where my passion for teamwork begins, continuous improvement, internal Client and external Client satisfaction, and the disciplines that contribute to organizational behavior: Social Psychology, Sociology, Economy, Political Science, and Anthropology.

I have also served my country as the first Vice-Minister of Fiscal Transparency and State Procurement in the Guatemalan Ministry of Finance.
